Greetings and good day sir. So far I have read most of your book, 'Everything I Wish I Knew When I was 22'. It is both, simple, practical, insightful and full of good working knowledge for anyone with a small business. I also believe it will help anyone whose goal is to become a better person.

I have also had the opportunity to listen to the first four CD's of 'Eavesdropping On the Experts'. It is like hanging out with the masters of martial arts success. Jeff Smith is amazing. The entire panel offers inexpensive ways to advertise, great visions on retention and the obsolete no nonsense approach to customer service.

NAPMA Squared is the next level for any martial arts school owner who is serious about being successful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I did however recently purchase the Napma Squared kit. I do not think I really see things thru the eyes that you want me to or that I should. The Napma Squared kit was impressive. I love the first kit bonus material.

I read the Social Proof text right away. It is good. I am working it to death right now to see if it works. What I liked most was the 5 CD set of the TELECONFERENCE RAW. Wow was that full of ideas. I am now listening to the last CD and will start at the beginning again to really put these ideas to work. From hearing that stuff I now do see the value of the things that you do and why you charge the amount you do for them.

The TELECONFERENCE RAW CD was full of ideas. Unbelievable.

I listened on edge for hours. I am impatient with progress when I am laying out a lot of cash and I am uncertain about what the results will be. I am growing and have put your ideas that you gave me to work. They are working well. My prices are now raised, I am with a billing company and we are growing.
