New NAPMA Birthday Cards To Help Members Boost Retention
Bob Sillick, NAPMA creative director, announces the completion of a new series of birthday cards now available to all members to help them build stronger relationships with their students, which leads to improved retention. Two of the new cards feature Little Ninjas characters that are very popular with preschoolers at hundreds of schools. Students who receive them will be reminded of the fun and excitement of their martial arts classes—and why they want more.
The “Growing As A Leader” birthday card was designed to send to older students. It’s a great opportunity for instructors to recognize students’ birthdays and create a more personal rapport with them as individuals. NAPMA continues to offer the “Wishing You a Very Happy Birthday” card, as displayed on page 22 of the NAPMA 2006-2007 Instructor Catalog.
NAPMA birthday cards can be ordered by phone or email from a NAPMA representative or the NAPMA Web site at napma.com. The cards come in packs of 100; $19.99 per pack for members and $39.99 for non-members. |
