4. Poster: The Three Rules of Concentration

 

This month’s poster is based on a suggestion by NAPMA member Dan Rominski. Display “The Three Rules of Concentration” in your school to motivate your students to use their concentration skills to excel in school, on the mat and in life.

Customize the second version of this poster on the Media Master CD-ROM with your school logo and contact information. Give one to each academic teacher, when you conduct presentations, demonstrations or school-talks as a motivational (and promotional) gift designed to bring exposure to your school.

5. Bonus #1: Adult Market Ad and Flyer
 

The theme of this bonus ad is “Martial Arts Will Teach You How To Take Control of Your Life!” It was designed to complement and be a follow-up to the adult marketing campaign in the January package. There are still many adults in the “New Year’s resolutions crowd” who are still excellent prospects because they are still procrastinating about finding a weight loss, physical fitness and/or stress reduction program.

6. Bonus #2: Date Rape Flyer and Press Release

Martial arts also offers solutions for another real social issue: date rape and all other forms of physical and sexual abuse. Self-defense training is a proactive approach for many people, and this bonus flyer and press release will help you promote your school as qualified and prepared to stand in the front lines of this issue.

The flyer includes facts that people should know and a list of resources and national help lines. You can be proactive in your community by partnering with a local women’s center or sexual abuse hotline. The flyer provides space to include your local organization’s name and phone number. Reproduce enough flyers for the organization’s use. Show them the flyer and customize it with information that addresses your local community directly. The press release can also be customized to be jointly distributed with a community organization to the local media, which will increase the likelihood of receiving coverage.
