Maximum Impact Update

Upgraded Members Discover Hidden Benefits of the NAPMA Squared Package

Current NAPMA members continued to upgrade to the new Maximum Impact membership in ever-increasing numbers, reports Melissa Gouley, NAPMA membership director.

All new Maximum Impact members will receive a recent NAPMA Squared Package, as the first of their combined membership. Some stated that a major factor that motivated them to upgrade to Maximum Impact is the advanced continuing education that NAPMA Squared provides.

A number of members made similar comments that, at first, they thought NAPMA Squared was too advanced for the modest sizes of their schools. They weren’t sure if they could apply the strategic thinking presented in NAPMA Squared packages to their schools’ current situations.

 

After further discussions with NAPMA representatives, they realized a number of hidden, but important, benefits of NAPMA Squared for younger instructors and smaller schools.

First, you may think you and your school are not yet ready for the advanced ideas of Stephen Oliver and his many high-powered guests. You may be right, today; but think of NAPMA Squared as a college-level education in growing a martial arts school and living more prosperously.

You must learn before you can make use of your education. Physicians don’t learn medicine, while practicing on patients; they require extensive schooling and first-hand experience first. You want to acquire the knowledge of NAPMA Squared before you’re ready to implement that knowledge; and now is the time to do that.

Second, a major professional development strategy that Stephen Oliver preaches is that to be successful, you must interact with successful people. Your NAPMA Squared membership is an invitation to a private club of the most successful school owners. You are also exposed to leading authors and consultants who are the resources of much of the information that has helped those school owners grow from your size to become the largest and most profitable businesses in the industry.

Third, much of the advanced strategic thinking in NAPMA Squared is applicable to even the smallest schools, especially those who want (and must) improve basic operational systems, such as generating leads, enrollments, customer service, upgrade programs, etc.

For example, if you struggle, presenting successful enrollment conferences and closing a high percentage of those prospects, then you should learn NAPMA Squared’s advanced enrollment and closing strategies. The current size of your school or how many years you have been an instructor does not disqualify you from utilizing the most advanced ideas to generate, schedule and close more prospects. You may have to study and practice those advanced strategies like a college student, but you can implement them now and accelerate your school’s growth today.

Being a Maximum Impact member is not necessarily about growing and owning the largest school, but preparing yourself thoroughly, as a professional, to take advantage of whatever opportunities may present themselves in the future.
