Members can select from three categories of free downloads of NAPMA educational and marketing support materials. The Black Belt Reports section contains PDFs of reports that are fundamental to the successful operation of almost any school. Members can also download PDFs of a number of motivational posters that are complete and ready to be printed.
The martial arts style section offers 11 different ad concepts, such as Aikido, Kung Fu and Kickboxing, in three different ad sizes; the largest of which can also be used as a flyer. The Microsoft Publisher files are small enough that most computers can download them quickly, depending on the level of Internet service.
These materials will be updated, regularly, and new materials will be introduced during future, phased upgrades of the Web site.
Monthly NAPMA E-News To Be Redesigned, Integrated With New Web Site
Bob Sillick, NAPMA creative director, reports that the NAPMA E-News will be re-designed to be more convenient and easier to use for members and all subscribers. In the new design, most of the contents will be accessed through live links to the appropriate pages on the new NAPMA Web site.
- Look for the following changes to first appear in the March NAPMA E-News.
-
The News Section will present the headlines and lead sentences of the latest stories, with links to the complete
stories on the Web site.
- The Professional Package Section will display a montage of the most current package’s content and then a link to the complete presentation.
- The Martial Arts Professional Magazine Section will show the latest issue’s cover and brief descriptions of the cover and second feature stories. A link will take you to the MAPro section of the Web site with the table of contents of that issue.
- The NAPMA Squared Section will provide a link to a presentation of the latest bi-monthly package and other important NAPMA Squared information. The Product of the Month Section will display the featured
product and special, members-only pricing, with a link to a complete description on the Web site.
- The Calendar of Future Events and the Continuing Education Section will remain the same, with links to the appropriate information.
“Linking the NAPMA E-News to our new Web site is an excellent strategy to make it more convenient for you,” said Sillick. “The more we can promote the benefits of a NAPMA membership and NAPMA’s mission, the stronger the association becomes, which leads to improved and additionalmember benefits.
