New Information About Updating Your Microsoft Publisher Software
In last month’s NAPMA News, NAPMA announced that it would be upgrading to the latest versions of Microsoft® Publisher® and Adobe® InDesign® software on March 1, 2007. Members were recommended to upgrade their versions, also.
In the interim, Microsoft has released even a newer version of Publisher, or Publisher 2007. NAPMA now recommends that, if you haven’t already upgraded to Publisher 2003, then you should purchase Publisher 2007, instead. NAPMA apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will also begin to provide Publisher 2007 files of the monthly marketing campaigns in the members-only section of the new NAPMA Web site that you can download and use. |

Later, during 2007, NAPMA will make a complete transition to Publisher 2007, which provides some new features that will benefit members when they customize the materials for their use.
It is still recommended that those few members who customize their ads in the Macintosh environment with Adobe InDesign should still plan to upgrade to the CS2 version of InDesign, which is listed at $169.
Every month, the Media Master CD-ROM includes all NAPMA marketing materials, as Publisher files for PCs, InDesign files for Macs and PDFs that can be viewed on either PCs or Macs.
